Review & Endorse

FeatsClub's Review & Endorse system gives organizations a structured way to recognize, reward, and track member activities. Whether a student logs volunteer hours, submits an assignment, or earns a special achievement, the org admin can review the submission, award points, and build a culture of recognition -- all from within the app.
How It Works
The system is built around two complementary workflows and a points engine that ties everything together:
1. Review & Endorse
Members submit activities -- volunteering hours, assignments, practice logs, club participation, or achievements -- through the app. Each submission goes into a review queue where the org admin can:
- Endorse the activity, awarding the member points
- Reject the activity if it does not meet requirements
- Bulk process multiple submissions at once
Every endorsed activity earns the member points that contribute to their standing on the organization's leaderboard.
2. Issue Credentials
Sometimes recognition should come from the organization, not from a member submission. Issue Credentials lets org admins proactively:
- Issue Endorsements -- Create endorsements for members without requiring them to submit anything first
- Issue Certificates -- Generate and distribute digital certificates for completions, awards, or milestones
3. Points & Leaderboard
All earned points feed into a real-time leaderboard that ranks your organization's top contributors. The leaderboard:
- Highlights the top 3 contributors in a podium layout on the Endorsement Home screen
- Motivates members through visible recognition
- Provides a full ranked list accessible via "View All"
The Endorsement Lifecycle
Every activity submission follows a simple lifecycle:
Member submits activity --> Requested --> Org admin reviews --> Endorsed / Rejected / Canceled

| Requested | The member has submitted the activity and it is waiting for review |
| Endorsed | The org admin approved the activity and awarded points |
| Rejected | The org admin declined the activity |
| Canceled | The submission was canceled (by either party) |

The Review & Endorse system is entirely app-based. These features are not available on the FeatsClub web dashboard.
