Follower Dashboard

The Follower Dashboard is your central hub for managing everyone connected to your organization. From here you can see at-a-glance community stats, filter followers by their current status, search for specific people, and quickly access any follower's detailed profile.

Accessing the Dashboard

To open the Follower Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your organization dashboard at my.featsclub.com
  2. In the left sidebar, select Followers (or Community, depending on your organization type)
  3. The Follower Dashboard loads as the main content area
info

The Follower Dashboard is only visible to organization owners and team members with admin-level access. Regular followers and members do not see this view.

What You'll Find on the Dashboard

The dashboard is organized into four main areas, stacked from top to bottom:

  1. Stats Bar -- A summary row showing your total active follower count and pending request count
  2. Tab Bar -- Four filter tabs that let you switch between Active, Requests, Alumni, and Blocked views
  3. Search Bar -- A text search field to find specific followers by name
  4. Follower List -- Your followers displayed as individual cards, each showing the person's profile photo, name, contact details, community role, and follow mode

Filter Tabs

The tab bar lets you quickly switch between different groups of followers. Each tab filters the follower list to show only people matching that status category.

Active

The Active tab shows followers who are currently connected to your organization. This includes two statuses:

  • Accepted -- People whose follow request has been approved (either manually by you or automatically via auto-accept). These are your active community members.
  • Invited -- People you have invited to follow your organization who have accepted the invitation. They are part of your active community.

This is your primary view -- the people who are currently engaged with your organization.

Requests

The Requests tab shows pending follow requests that are waiting for your review. These are people who have tapped "Follow" on your organization's profile in the FeatsClub app, but have not yet been approved.

Each request shows the person's profile so you can decide whether to accept or reject them.

caution

If you have auto-accept enabled in your organization settings, follow requests are approved automatically and this tab will typically be empty. Disable auto-accept if you want to manually review each request before granting access.

Alumni

The Alumni tab shows past members who have been marked with the PastAccepted status. These are people who were previously active in your organization but are no longer current participants -- for example, graduated students or members who have completed a program.

Alumni remain visible in your system so you can maintain the relationship, reference their history, and potentially re-engage them in the future.

Blocked

The Blocked tab shows followers who have been rejected by your organization (status: OrgRejected). These are people you have explicitly chosen to block from your community.

Blocked individuals cannot interact with your organization through the app. This tab lets you review who has been blocked and take action if needed.

Stats Bar

At the top of the dashboard, two key metrics give you an at-a-glance summary:

StatWhat It Shows
Total FollowersThe count of all active followers (Accepted and Invited combined)
Pending RequestsThe number of follow requests waiting for your review

These numbers update in real time as you accept requests, block followers, or as new people follow your organization.

The search bar lets you find specific followers by typing part or all of their name. As you type, the follower list filters to show only matching results. This is especially useful for organizations with large communities where scrolling through the full list would be impractical.

Search works within the currently selected tab -- if you are on the Active tab, search results only include active followers. Switch tabs to search within a different group.

Follower Cards

Each person in the follower list is displayed as a card with the following information:

  • Profile photo -- The person's avatar or profile picture. If no photo is available, their initials are displayed
  • Name -- The person's full name as registered in FeatsClub
  • Email -- Their email address (if available)
  • Community role badge -- A colored badge indicating their role: FOLLOWER, MEMBER, COACH, ADMIN, or ALUMNI
  • Follow mode -- An indicator showing whether they follow the Org, a specific Club, or a specific Cohort

Selecting any follower card opens their detailed profile, where you can view their full information, activity logs, and take management actions.

Dashboard OverviewDetailed walkthrough of every dashboard element -- stats, cards, badges, sorting, and empty states

Getting Started

If your organization is new and no one has followed you yet, the dashboard will show an empty state encouraging you to share your organization's profile so people can discover and follow you. As followers join, the dashboard populates automatically.

tip

Keep an eye on the Pending Requests count in the stats bar. Responding to follow requests promptly shows potential members that your organization is active and welcoming.
