Organization Profile
Your organization profile is the public-facing identity of your FeatsClub organization. It is the first thing people see when they visit your organization page -- your name, logo, mission, contact details, and social presence all come together here to tell your story and build trust with potential members, event attendees, and followers.
How to Access
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Profile tab.
What's Included
The organization profile covers several groups of information:
Basic Information
The core identity of your organization -- name, tagline, mission statement, organization type, date established, and registration/tax ID.
Contact & Social Media
Your organization's logo, contact email, phone number, website, and social media links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube).
Address
Your organization's physical address, used for your public profile and event defaults.
The address is part of the profile form and uses a Google Maps-powered address search. You can search for an address or enter it manually.
Profile Completion
FeatsClub calculates a profile completion percentage based on the key fields you have filled in. This percentage is displayed on your settings page so you can track your progress.
Here is how completion is calculated:

| Organization name | At least 3 characters entered |
| Tagline | At least 5 characters entered |
| About / Mission | At least 10 characters entered |
| Organization type | A type selected from the dropdown |
| Profile picture | A logo or photo uploaded |
| Address | Address line 1 or city filled in |
| Contact email | A valid email address provided |
Each completed field contributes equally to the overall percentage. Filling in all seven fields brings you to 100%.
Why a Complete Profile Matters
- Builds trust -- Visitors are more likely to follow, register for events, or purchase memberships from organizations with complete, professional profiles.
- Improves discoverability -- Complete profiles rank better in search and discovery features.
- Shows professionalism -- A filled-out profile with a logo, mission statement, and contact info signals that your organization is active and well-managed.
- Reduces questions -- When your contact info, address, and social links are visible, potential members can find answers without needing to reach out directly.
Set aside 10--15 minutes to fill out your entire profile in one sitting. Having your logo, mission statement, address, and social links ready beforehand makes the process quick and smooth.
