Managing Certificates

App Only This feature is only available in the FeatsClub mobile app.

Once you start issuing certificates, you need a way to view, search, and manage them. This guide covers the certificate management screen for org admins and the certificate portfolio experience for members.

Certificate Management Screen (Org Admin)

How to Access

From the Endorsement Home screen, tap the Issue Certificates tile in the Issue Credentials section. This opens the certificate management screen where you can see all certificates your organization has issued.

What You See

The management screen provides an overview of your organization's certificate activity:

  • Search bar -- Filter the list by member name to quickly find a specific person's certificates
  • Stats summary at the top:
    • Total users -- Number of unique members who have received at least one certificate
    • Total certificates -- Total number of certificates issued across all members
  • User list -- All members who have received certificates, sorted by most recent certificate first

Viewing a User's Certificates

Tap any user in the list to see all certificates issued to that member. Each certificate entry shows:

  • Certificate image thumbnail
  • Certificate title
  • Issue date
  • Certificate status (Not_Issued, Pending, or Issued)

Tap a certificate to view its full details.

Viewing Certificate Details

The certificate detail screen shows the complete information for a single certificate:

Revoking and Deleting Certificates

Org admins can revoke or delete certificates that were issued in error.

When to Revoke or Delete

  • The certificate was issued to the wrong member
  • The certificate contains incorrect information (title, description, fields)
  • The underlying endorsement was revoked and the certificate should be removed
  • The certificate was created as a test and should not remain in the member's portfolio

How to Revoke or Delete

  1. Navigate to the certificate detail screen (through the certificate management list or a member's credential history).
  2. Tap the revoke or delete option.
  3. Confirm the action.

Once revoked or deleted:

  • The certificate is removed from the member's portfolio
  • The member can no longer view or share the certificate
  • The verification link for the certificate becomes invalid
caution

Revoking a certificate is permanent. The member loses access to the certificate immediately. If the certificate was shared externally, the verification link will no longer work. Make sure you are certain before revoking.

Member's Certificate Portfolio

Members see their certificates in their Skills / Achievements section of their profile. Here is what the member experience looks like.

  • Organization filter to view certificates from a specific org

info

Members cannot delete certificates. Certificates are owned by the issuing organization and can only be removed by the org admin. This ensures the integrity and trustworthiness of the credentialing system.
