Quick Actions

The Membership Dashboard provides several quick actions that let you create memberships, manage members, and navigate efficiently without leaving the dashboard. This page covers every action available to you.

Creating a New Membership

To create a new membership plan from the dashboard:

  1. Make sure you are on the Active tab.
  2. Select the Add Membership button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. The button displays a plus icon alongside the label.
  3. You will be taken to the membership creation page where you can configure your new plan's details, pricing, term, and more.

If your organization has no memberships yet, you can also select the Create Your First Membership button displayed in the empty state welcome screen on the Active tab.

The Add Membership button is only visible when two conditions are met: you have the appropriate permissions in your organization, and you are on the Active tab. If you do not see this button, contact your organization admin to request membership creation access.

Viewing Membership Details

To open a membership plan's detail page:

  1. Find the membership card you want to view in the grid.
  2. Select anywhere on the card -- the entire card is clickable.

You can also use the view button (the purple circle with an arrow icon) that appears when hovering over a card's image area.

Selecting a membership takes you to its detail page where you can view all plan information, see enrolled members, edit the plan's configuration, and manage settings.

The hover effect on membership cards provides a visual preview of interactivity. When you hover, the card lifts slightly with a shadow and the membership name changes to your organization's primary color, confirming the card is clickable.

Managing Members

To access the member management view:

  1. Select the Manage Members button in the top-right area of the dashboard header. The button has a people icon alongside the label.
  2. You will be taken to the members management page where you can view all enrolled members across all your membership plans, filter by status, and take actions on individual enrollments.

The Manage Members button is only visible if you have the manage_members permission in your organization. Delegate admins may or may not have this permission depending on their role configuration.

Editing a Membership

To edit a membership plan's details:

  1. Select the membership card from the dashboard to open its detail page.
  2. On the detail page, select the Edit option to modify the plan's name, description, pricing, term, media, benefits, or other settings.
  3. Save your changes.

Editing is done from the membership detail page, not directly from the dashboard. This ensures you have full context about the plan before making changes.

You can share a direct link to any membership plan so potential members can view it and enroll:

  1. Select the membership card to open its detail page.
  2. From the detail page, use the Share action to copy the membership's public link to your clipboard.
  3. Paste the link into an email, message, social media post, or anywhere you want to promote the membership.

App Only On the FeatsClub mobile app, you can also share memberships directly to messaging apps, social media, and other installed apps using the system share sheet.

From the dashboard, you can quickly move between different membership plans:

  1. View a membership's details by selecting its card.
  2. Use the browser's back button or the navigation breadcrumbs to return to the dashboard.
  3. Select a different membership card to view another plan.

The dashboard remembers your selected tab when you navigate back, so if you were viewing the Inactive tab before opening a membership, you will return to the Inactive tab.

Permissions and Visibility

Quick actions on the dashboard are governed by your organization's permission settings:

If you are a delegate admin, your available actions depend on the permissions assigned to your role. Organization owners have access to all actions by default.
