Online Enrollment
Once you have created and launched a membership plan, people can discover it and sign up online. FeatsClub handles the entire enrollment process -- from displaying your membership on your organization profile to collecting payment and confirming the new member.
How Members Find Your Memberships
Members can discover and enroll in your memberships through several channels:
- Your organization profile -- Active memberships appear on your public organization page at featsclub.com. Anyone browsing your profile can see your offerings and enroll directly.
- Shareable link -- Every membership has a unique URL you can copy and share on social media, in emails, or on your website. The link takes people directly to your membership listing.
- QR code -- The FeatsClub mobile app generates a QR code for your membership link. Print it on flyers, post it at your front desk, or display it at events for quick in-person sign-ups.
What Happens During Enrollment
The enrollment flow is designed to be quick and straightforward for the member:
- The member views your membership details -- description, benefits, pricing, and term information
- They tap or click Join to begin enrollment
- If they are not already logged in, they create a FeatsClub account or sign in
- If you have configured a registration form, they fill it out
- For paid memberships, they complete payment through Stripe or Cashfree
- For free memberships, enrollment is confirmed immediately
- The member receives a confirmation and can view their active membership in their profile
