Visibility Toggles
Show Email
- Default: Off
When enabled, your organization's contact email is displayed on your public profile page.
When to enable: If you want visitors, potential members, or the public to be able to see and contact you via email directly from your profile.
When to keep off: If you prefer to receive inquiries through other channels, or if your email handles sensitive internal communications.
Show Phone Number
- Default: Off
When enabled, your organization's phone number is displayed on your public profile page.
When to enable: If you want to be reachable by phone. This is useful for organizations that handle inquiries over the phone -- sports academies, schools, community centers.
When to keep off: If you prefer not to share your phone number publicly. Even when off, you can still be contacted through the FeatsClub platform.
Show Social Handles
- Default: On
When enabled, your social media links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube) are displayed on your public profile.
When to disable: Rarely needed, but useful if your social accounts are inactive or under maintenance.

You can set your contact information in the Organization Profile settings and independently control its visibility here. This lets you keep your contact details on file for internal use while choosing exactly what the public sees.
These settings only affect your public organization profile -- the page visitors see when they view your organization. Your contact information is always visible to you and your admin delegates in the dashboard.
