Key Concepts
- Stripe Processing Fee -- The fee charged by Stripe for handling the payment transaction. This covers credit card networks, fraud prevention, and payment infrastructure. FeatsClub does not control this fee.
- FeatsClub Platform Fee -- The fee charged by FeatsClub for providing the platform, tools, and services that power your events, memberships, and donations.
- Pass Fees to Customer -- An option that adds processing fees on top of the listed price so the customer pays the fees and you receive the full amount.
- Direct Charges -- The standard payment setup where charges go directly to your Stripe account and your organization name appears on customer credit card statements.
