Points & Leaderboard
The Points & Leaderboard system rewards members for their endorsed activities and creates healthy competition within your organization. When you endorse a member's activity, they earn points that contribute to their rank on the leaderboard.
Points tracking and the leaderboard are available in the FeatsClub mobile app.
How Points Work
- Members earn points when their activities are endorsed by the organization
- Points are tracked per member per organization -- a member who follows multiple organizations has separate point balances with each one
- Points accumulate over time and contribute to the member's rank on the leaderboard
- Every points transaction creates an audit trail for transparency
Points Calculation
How points are awarded depends on the activity type:

| Volunteering | 10 points per hour (auto-calculated from hours logged) | 3 hours = 30 points |
| Assignments | Org selects: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 45, or 50 points | Quality assignment = 40 pts |
| Practice Logs | Org selects: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 45, or 50 points | Regular practice = 10 pts |
| Club Activities | Org selects: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 45, or 50 points | Active participation = 20 pts |
| Achievements | Org selects: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 45, or 50 points | Major award = 50 pts |
For volunteering, the points are calculated automatically based on the hours the member logged. For all other activity types, you choose the point value when endorsing -- pick a value that reflects the effort and quality of the submission.
Points Tracking
Each member's points profile tracks the following:
- Total Earned (All Time) -- Lifetime points earned from your organization
- Total Redeemed (All Time) -- Points used or redeemed, if applicable
- Current Balance -- Available points right now
- Breakdown by Activity Type -- How many points came from volunteering vs. assignments vs. practice logs, etc.
- Total Hours Volunteered -- Cumulative volunteer hours across all endorsed volunteering activities
- Last Activity Date -- When the member most recently earned points

The Leaderboard
The leaderboard is visible at the top of the Endorsement Home screen and highlights your most active members.
Top 3 Podium
The leaderboard displays the top 3 contributors in a podium layout:
- 1st place -- Center position, largest display
- 2nd place -- Left position
- 3rd place -- Right position
Each entry shows a rank badge, profile photo, member name, and total points.

Full Leaderboard
Tap View All on the podium to open the full leaderboard screen:
- All members ranked by total points
- Each entry shows rank number, profile photo, name, and total points
- Scrollable list of all ranked members
- Refreshes automatically to show the latest standings

The leaderboard is a great motivator. Share the leaderboard standings in your organization's meetings or newsletters to encourage healthy competition and more activity submissions.
Reports
Two built-in reports help you track and share your organization's activity data:
Volunteering Report
A summary of volunteer hours across all members. Use this report to:
- See total volunteer hours for your organization
- Identify your most active volunteers
- Export data for grant applications, compliance, or record-keeping
Achievement Report
A summary of achievements endorsed across your members. Use this report to:
- Track milestones and awards issued
- Review achievement activity over time
- Prepare data for end-of-year recognition
Key Things to Know
Points are specific to each organization. If a member follows multiple organizations, they have separate point balances with each one. The leaderboard only shows rankings within your organization.
Points are only awarded when you endorse an activity. Rejecting or leaving an activity pending does not award any points. Make sure to review and endorse activities promptly so members see their points and rankings update.
