Managing Members
The Members tab on a club's detail page is where you manage everyone involved in your club -- from active participants to pending invitations and join requests. Whether you are running a basketball team with 12 players or a dance program with 60 students, this section gives you full control over who is in your club and how they got there.
Key Concepts
Before diving in, here are the core ideas behind club membership:
- Inviting members -- You can invite people who already follow your organization. Select one or more followers and send them an invitation to join the club. They receive a notification and can accept or decline.
- Join requests -- If your club is visible on your organization's public profile, people can request to join. These requests appear in the Members tab for you to accept or reject.
- Member statuses -- Every member has a status that tracks where they are in the membership lifecycle: Enrolled (accepted), Invited, Requested, Rejected, or Removed. You can filter the member list by status to focus on what needs your attention.
- Actions -- Depending on a member's current status, you can accept, reject, remove, remind, or re-invite them with a single click.
Accessing the Members Tab
- Go to Dashboard and select Clubs from the sidebar.
- Select a club to open its detail page.
- Select the Members tab at the top of the club detail page.

What You Can Do Here
