Campaign Detail Page

The campaign detail page is where you view, manage, and take action on an individual donation campaign. It brings together your campaign's media, key information, donor activity, and management tools in a single view.

  1. From the Dashboard, select Donation Campaigns in the sidebar.
  2. Select any campaign card from the grid to open its detail page.
  3. At the top of the detail page, a Back to Donations link takes you back to the campaign listing.

Page Layout

The campaign detail page is organized into the following sections from top to bottom:

Header and Action Buttons

At the very top you will see:

  • Back to Donations link to return to the dashboard
  • Status badge showing the current campaign status (Draft, Active, Closed, Pending Approval, or Rejected)
  • Action buttons that change based on the campaign's current status (see Actions by Status below)

Campaign Banner and Media

Below the header, the campaign's images and videos are displayed in an image slider. If the campaign has multiple media items, you can navigate between them using the slider controls. Selecting any image opens a full-screen media viewer.

If no media has been uploaded, a default placeholder with a heart icon is shown.

Campaign Title and Category

Directly below the media:

  • The campaign title in large heading text
  • The category label (e.g., Education, Sports, Community) if one was assigned

Status Badge

A colored badge indicates the campaign's current state:

ActiveGreenCampaign is live and accepting donations
ClosedGrayCampaign has been closed, no more donations accepted

Key Info Grid

A grid of key information cards shows the campaign's core data at a glance:

CardWhat It Shows
CollectedTotal amount collected so far, formatted with currency symbol
DonorsNumber of unique donors who have contributed
DonationsTotal count of individual donation transactions
TargetThe fundraising goal amount (fundraising campaigns only)
Tax DeductibleWhether donations qualify as tax deductible
Pass Charges to DonorWhether processing fees are covered by donors or absorbed by the org

For fundraising campaigns, a progress bar is displayed showing the percentage of the target amount that has been collected. The collected amount and target amount are shown alongside the progress bar.

Appeal and Description

The appeal section displays the campaign's description text -- the story or message that explains why donors should contribute. This is the main persuasive content of the campaign.

A shareable link widget provides the direct URL to the campaign's public donation page. You can:

  • Copy the link to your clipboard with one click
  • Share the link via social media or messaging

This link is what you distribute to potential donors so they can view the campaign and contribute.

Talent User Attribution

If the campaign was created by a talent user (a member or supporter, not an org admin), an attribution section shows:

  • The creator's name
  • The creator's profile photo
  • The label "Created by" to distinguish it from org-created campaigns

Rejected Campaign Notice

If a talent user campaign was rejected by the org admin, a notice appears explaining that the campaign has been rejected. This notice is displayed prominently so the campaign status is clear.

Tabs

Below the campaign information, three tabs let you switch between different views:

TabWhat It Shows

UpdatesProgress updates posted by the org (see Campaign Updates)
DonorsDonor list with transaction details (see Viewing Donors)
