Team Settings
Team Settings is where you manage the people behind your organization -- the leadership, staff, and key members who represent it publicly. Everything you configure here is displayed on your organization's public profile, helping visitors see who runs the organization and building trust with potential members, parents, and sponsors.
What You'll Find in Team Settings
Team Settings is divided into two sections:
Admin Profile
The Admin Profile is your own profile as the organization owner or manager. This is the person who created the organization or has primary management responsibility. Your admin profile includes your name, role, bio, photo, and contact information.
Officers
Officers are the additional team members you want to showcase on your public profile -- staff, board members, coaches, instructors, department heads, or anyone who plays a visible role in your organization. You can add up to 12 officers per organization.
How to Access Team Settings
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select the Team tab
How the Team Appears on Your Public Profile
Both the admin profile and all officers are displayed on your organization's public profile page. Visitors can see:
- Names and roles of your leadership team
- Profile photos
- Brief bios
- Contact information (if provided)
This gives your organization a professional, transparent presence that helps potential members and supporters understand who they are engaging with.
Team Settings controls display-only information on your public profile. Adding someone as an officer does not give them the ability to log in and manage your organization. If you need someone to help manage events, memberships, or other features, set them up as an Admin Delegate through Follower Management.
