Accessing Your Stripe Dashboard

Every connected payment profile gives you direct access to your own Stripe dashboard -- a full-featured control panel where you can view transaction history, track payouts, manage disputes, and update your account settings. This is your Stripe account, and you have full control over it.

How to Access Your Stripe Dashboard

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  3. Select Payments (or Payment Profiles).
  4. Find the profile you want to manage.
  5. Click the "Go to Stripe" button on that profile's card.
  6. Your Stripe dashboard opens in a new browser tab.

info

The "Go to Stripe" button is available on profiles with an Active status. If your profile is still Pending, you may see a "Continue Setup" button instead, which takes you to the Stripe onboarding flow to complete verification.

What You Can Do in the Stripe Dashboard

Your Stripe dashboard gives you access to everything related to your connected account:

View Transaction History

See every payment that has been processed through this account. Each transaction shows the amount, the customer name, the date, and whether it was a card payment or ACH bank transfer.

Track Payouts to Your Bank Account

View the status of every payout -- when it was initiated, when it arrived (or is expected to arrive), and how much was transferred. This is the fastest way to answer the question "where is my money?"

Manage Disputes and Refunds

If a customer disputes a charge, the details appear in your Stripe dashboard. You can respond to disputes, provide evidence, and issue refunds directly from Stripe when needed.

View Analytics and Reports

Stripe provides charts and reports showing your payment volume over time, successful versus failed transactions, and revenue trends. These are useful for understanding your organization's financial performance.

Update Bank Account Details

If you need to change the bank account where payouts are sent (for example, switching banks or updating account numbers), you do that directly in Stripe under Settings > Bank accounts and scheduling.

Download Tax Documents

At the end of each tax year, Stripe generates 1099 forms for US-based accounts that meet the IRS reporting threshold. You can download these forms from the Stripe dashboard under Settings > Documents.

Manage Account Settings

Update your business information, contact details, statement descriptor (the name that appears on customer credit card statements), and other account preferences.

Payout Schedule

When you connect your Stripe account through FeatsClub, payouts are configured to be sent to your bank account weekly on Mondays.

DetailValue
Payout frequencyWeekly
Payout dayEvery Monday
Bank processing time1-2 additional business days after payout is sent
First payoutMay take 7-14 days (standard Stripe verification period for new accounts)

You can view the status of all payouts -- pending, in transit, and completed -- from the Payouts section of your Stripe dashboard.

tip

If you want to check when your next payout will arrive, log into your Stripe dashboard and go to the Payouts tab. You will see any scheduled, in-transit, and completed payouts with their expected arrival dates.

This Is Your Account

It is important to understand that the Stripe account connected to FeatsClub is your account. FeatsClub does not own it, and FeatsClub does not have access to your bank details, payout history, or sensitive account information. You have full control over your Stripe account, and you can access it at any time through the Stripe dashboard.

If you ever disconnect the profile from FeatsClub, the Stripe account itself continues to exist. You just lose the ability to process payments through FeatsClub with that particular account.
