Viewing Your Payment Profiles

The Payment Profiles page shows every Stripe account you have connected to your FeatsClub organization. From here, you can see each profile's status, identify which one is the default, and take actions like setting a new default or removing a profile.

Getting to the Payment Profiles Page

  1. Open your Dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings in the sidebar.
  3. Select Payments (or Payment Profiles).

You will see a list of all connected payment profiles, each displayed as a card with key details.

What You See for Each Profile

Each payment profile card shows the following information:

Display Name

The display name is a label you assigned when connecting the account (for example, "Main Account" or "Summer Camp Payments"). This helps you distinguish between multiple profiles at a glance.

Status Badge

Every profile shows a colored status badge indicating its current state:

StatusBadge ColorMeaning
ActiveGreenThe account is fully verified and ready to accept payments
PendingOrangeStripe needs additional information or verification before the account can process payments
ErrorRedThere is a problem with the account that requires your attention

Default Badge

If a profile is currently the default, it displays a "Default" badge alongside the status badge. The default profile is the one used automatically when you create a new paid event, membership, or donation campaign.

Stripe Account ID

Each profile shows its Stripe Account ID in the format acct_xxxxxxxxxxxx. This is the unique identifier for the connected Stripe account. You may need this ID when contacting Stripe support or referencing the account in other tools.

Warning Messages

If Stripe requires additional action on the account -- such as verifying your identity, updating business information, or providing banking details -- a warning message appears on the profile card. The message describes what is needed and typically includes a link or button to continue setup in Stripe.

Multiple Profiles

You can connect more than one Stripe account to your organization. This is useful in several scenarios:

  • Your organization has separate bank accounts for different programs (for example, one for athletics and one for academics)
  • You manage multiple entities under one FeatsClub organization
  • You want to transition from one Stripe account to another without losing access to the old one during the switch

Each profile operates independently. When you create a paid item (event, membership, or donation), it uses your default profile unless you specify otherwise.

The Default Profile

One profile is always marked as the default. This is the profile that FeatsClub uses for all new paid items you create. If you have only one profile, it is automatically the default.

When you have multiple profiles:

  • The default profile is clearly marked with a "Default" badge
  • All new paid events, memberships, and donations use the default profile
  • You can change which profile is the default at any time (see Setting Default Profile)
tip

If you recently connected a new Stripe account but do not see it on the Payment Profiles page, try refreshing the page. Status updates from Stripe may take a few moments to appear.
