Managing Events
Once your event is created and published, FeatsClub provides a full suite of tools to manage every aspect of its lifecycle. From tracking ticket sales and RSVPs to checking in attendees at the door, this section covers everything you need to run your events smoothly.
What You Can Do
After an event is live, you can:
- View and monitor event details, attendance, and revenue in real time
- Edit event information, even after publishing
- Duplicate events to quickly create similar ones
- Share event links and QR codes to promote attendance
- Track ticket sales and revenue for ticketed events
- Issue offline tickets for walk-in and cash payments
- Manage RSVP and sign-up responses from registrants
- Check in attendees at the venue using QR codes
- Cancel tickets for individual attendees
- Archive or unarchive events to control visibility
- Delete draft events that are no longer needed

Where to Start
If you have just published your first event, start with Viewing Event Details to familiarize yourself with the event detail page. For ticketed events, Ticket Sales and Offline Tickets will be especially relevant. For RSVP and Sign-up events, head to RSVP and Sign-up Responses.

Most management actions are available directly from the event detail page. Navigate there by selecting any event card on your Event Dashboard.
